The extraordinary path: A way Chinese would never touch with? Discuss. (1/n)

The author herself has long been under depression about her past, the current situation living in China. As a schizophrenic diagnosed by the demonic public hospital, a transgender female and a student in a provincially-held university(whose shortcomings will be discussed later), an extraordinary path Chinese student, maybe the whole Chinese society would never consider comes to my mind. Sometimes it has been shaped into a lock in human's development and "being built unto a full-grown man".

But first here comes a short statement about the proving method in this article. In my senior high when being taught about how to write a discussion, the teacher always praised their "valuable and  time-tested" "Raising the Question-Analyzing the Question-Solving the Question" method and the dialectics which is "still shining the light of truths in the 21th century". When I was still mentally young I completely believed in these guiding principles, but after reading some books which are the "how to get succeeded" books I once thought boring written by some western authors, some of them come from modern Germany, I gradually changed the way I think and I write. If you are still the "RAS" believer mentioned just now and think my thoughts  below are illogical plz close the page and I state that this is my website, what I want to say is my freedom.

So let's begin. The "extraordinary" path I want to share is quite different from the living method Chinese parents may like. What's the latter? In The Books of Rites, the Confucius or his student or any other "clever" guys living in the BC said, the vigorous pursuance is to "cultivate himself, align his family, rule the country and finally pacify the whole world". This shows the ambition deeply hidden under their heart, which I cannot criticize and sometimes shows the heroic sense. However, with the history of being bullied by the emperor, the official or anyone, the "simple and honest" Chinese gives up the ambition of ruling the country and the world because they are totally afraid of punishment when failure comes. The might be deeply rooted into the rural society of China.

What's the modern behavior of the "narrowed" ambition? To achieve the first the start criticize themselves. They start believing in "Whoa, the thing I did is totally a failure, and it all caused by me." They don't know that responsibility could be divided into "response" and "ability", which is natural because Chinese don't natively speak English, but they just criticize for themselves. How warm and kind they are!

The second doesn't need any description. Just look at how severe the bullying situation in many families, and you'll then get the conclusion that in this magical world "Aligning the family" has already been "Dictating the family", and more importantly, there's no concept like benevolent dictatorship which was introduced in European Renaissance existed. What they could only get is the endless "Yes, yes, yes". Really like an anesthetic to the whole society.

Could you ever consider that there would be another Bill Gates in this country? Bill and his partner found MS in a garage, he quitted university. Steve Jobs also quitted univ leaning but he found Apple. How could this happen in China? Here you will not be accredited by the society if you do not entry a good univ, finish your learning. In Eastern China I've already seen many parents or grandparents valued their children's educational situation much more than the happiness, or wealth, in a so-called "shortsighted" aspect. But what should you do when there is no mark on your test paper? I sometimes encourage many people to move to Japan and become a truck driver. Japan is short of this and it really needs this human resource. You could live happily without painfully learning hard knowledge and you will get the developed-country-level salary. By the way, you should always remember that "having learnt" and "having once studied" are totally different, many people said they learnt one thing and fill their "Ability" form with this in their resume but no, they just "have once studied" it. This topic will also be discussed in future articles.
